being written
into incident reports
as signs of boredom
while under performing
in the midst of it all

suddenly pummeling
drum kits rapping bits
from greatest hits
of eruptive energy
unapologetically
and wearily

eyes fixed on ceilings
pointing at larger screens
obliterating everything
seemingly happily ever after

hailing
iconographic
pigtails
and/or
ponytails...
